IPC-RF-245 would be the Rigid/Flex equivalent.  IPC-FC-250 would be the 
1&2 sided spec.  As far as the drawing, you might consider IPC-FC-249 for 
1&2 sided design, MIL-STD-2118 for Rigid Flex Design and whatever 
material specs (IPC-FC-241 for copper clad, FC-231 for base material and 
FC-232 for covercoats and adhesives)
