Has anyone have Knowledge on solderablity of matte tin finish on components?
Question came up today from an vendor of the component being purchased
will only guarantee 90% coverage in lieu of J-Std-002 95% coverage and has
requested relief from the J-Std-002 requirement.

Thanks, Jon
