Russ,

We use the Brady TLS2200 system for this. It's a hand held labeler that
thermal prints on white polyimide labels.  We serialize the boards at
incoming and the labels go through the entire process.  We have had good
results using them in both reflow and directly through the solder wave...no
label degradation is evident.

Hello Technet,

We currently serialize our boards with a rubber stamp and UV curable ink.
The results are not always exactly legible.  Is there a better way to
serialize?
