I would recommend contacting the following chemical suppliers:

1.  AKZO; Clarks Summit, PA; 717-587-5131
2.  Aquatec Chemical International; Potniac, MI;  313-334-4747

These phone numbers may be old, but you should still be able to contact
the above companies.  Both have assisted me with microorganism control
in similar situations.
