Uhmm, why do you want to stop using Hach test kits??  Presumably cost??

Why not attempt to sort out what you are buying in the Hach test kit, and buy
it from a lab supply house, this will cut your costs dramatically.

Alternate best method is Atomic Absorbtion (AA) which costs a lot to start,
but once you have paid the initial  cost, cost per test is virtually nothing.
