The conference your looking for is Chip Scale International. May 5-7 at the
Santa Clara Convention Center in Silicon Valley.

It is co-sponsored by the IPC and the SMTA and includes a number of
workshops and tutorials by well know experts.

You can contact either John Riley at the IPC or Sue Rectenwal(sp?) at the
SMTA for more information. They might be able to provide the workshop info,
conference papers and schedule here on technet...???

There is also going to be an significant free exhibition with 120
exhibitors that will showing chip scale package technology enablers. You
can phone 408-383-3625 to request exhibits preregistration info or fax
408-894-0768 to request the same.
