Try a heavy metal recovery resin such as Rohm and Haas Amberlite DP-1 or
IRC-718, available through Resys Inc. or Industrial Waste Solutions in
Oregon, or almost any Culligan dealer. It is available in 2.5 cu ft
cylinders and does an excellent job of removing lead, copper and other
metals from waste water.
