Hi Steve,

I have reworked a few on the rework station.  The key
is slow even heating.  Otherwise, you will see
bridging on the corner pins.  It is also wise to bake
the part before installing it.  Xilinx BGA 1517 is a
pain to get on. :(

Our manufacturing site did the assembly using reflow
oven, and they didn't seem to have any problem with
it.
