Hi Werner,

Sorry, I've never heard of "silver embrittlement" before.  Could you please
enlighten us?  Also, I'm not quite sure I understand how the nickel barrier
layer would help to eliminate it.

Hi Ofer,
I am sure you have heard of "gold embrittlement"; silver is worse. So you had
better use a nickel barrier on  base lead material.
