With regards to the many inquires regarding the selectively removal of Liquid 
Photoimageable Solder Mask (LPISM) from PCBs.

SolderMask, Inc. has developed the ability to selectively remove LPISM and Dry 
Film Solder Mask from bare PCBs.  It in some cases the processes MAY work on 
partially or fully populated boards.

There has been much discussion lately on Technet about just this issue, and
what it boils down to, is what is the soldermask, and do you want selective,
or general removal?
