Hi Eric,

We bought an ELA with Formflex a little more than 2 1/2 years ago, and
shortly thereafter abandoned the Formflex system because of the
aforementioned problems.  We now just use the magnetic tooling pins, but
these are not problem free.  There is a relatively new tooling system
available through Ovation Products called "Grid-Lok", which promises to be
all that Formflex was supposed to be, without all the problems.  I can't
endorse this product since I don't have first hand experience, but I'm
curious if anyone out there has any feedback on this system.

Good Morning Everybody,
I was wondering if anybody had any comments to make about the reliability
of the Formflex system and the back-up given for this product. I am
struggling with ours despite cleaning and much exercising. (Formflex, not
me!) The ELA has now been out of action for a week and we have transferred
production back to the old SMTech.
Replies off line if you feel more comfortable.
