Ofer-
Information on Samsung Benchmark is rare. I have not seen any published. I
have seen most major players (Siemens, UIC, Philips, Fuji) benchmark results
but nothing on the Samsung. WWW.ceeris.com may have information but they do
not post it on their web site. Samsung is chipping away at the major players
and have not established itself with in the industry yet, thus not real
benchmark results.
We are an Electronics R&D facility with a series 20 that has been working
well for almost a year now. It is not a difficult machine to learn and
fairly easy to set up. We have been placing 0402, uBGA, and Flip chips (All
outside the range for this machine) reliably with this machine. That's part
of our job is to push the machines limits to see its capabilities.
NEPCON West 2000 provided a Pick and Place evaluation
(www.serviceintelligence.com not post on their site either) but did not
include Samsung.

I can say for the Price and the capabilities of the machine its well worth a
serious look.

Sorry I do not have more information
