Hello all,

just curious, are there any other suppliers of rigid, thin Polyimide
material? Is it only Europe, or is it world wide so difficult to
get small orders?

I need often a material like G30/P95/Duraver PD, Thickness 0.8 mm, 35
um copper for very small burn-in boards - rather price sensitive,
because are throw-away-boards after thermal cycling.

My very first supplier, Allied Signal (P95) died here in Europe and
the isola Duraver PD (or what ever the name is now) is not good
available here. They want a minimum order of 100 panels and they wait
with production til they have collected orders of at least 200 panels
- I can forget my delivery schedules... :-(

Meanwhile, I use Arlon 35N, it is more expensive, but
available for smaller orders, too. I need about 5 panels per
year and must order "only" about 10 panels minimum, not 100 like
above mentioned.
