Technetters,
IPC SM-785 recommends conditioning of test vehicles to achieve product
representative grain structure, composition and intermetallics etc. Two
conditioning schedules are provided, 100hrs @ 125C and 300hrs @ 100C. What
storage duration do they correlate to & what does the time/temperature curve
look like for alternative conditioning tests?
Does anybody know?
