Did you ever get a response?
Here's my $0.02:

The minimum required marking would be the copyright symbol ("c" with a
circle"), the date (year), and the company name.  Where space is not
critical, you can put "COPYRIGHT" in front of the copyright symbol.
Remember the copyright only protects how the board looks, not the circuit
design itself (in the USA, may or may not apply the same in other
countries).

As far as country of origin, all you need is "Made in U.S.A."  This is only
for products that are shipped outside of the USA, and where the board
assembly itself would be returned, to make it easier to get such an
assembly back through US Customs.  If the board is an integral part of
another assembly, the note would not be needed.

Guys,
Can someone throw some lights on what kind of copy right marking are being
applied on the PCBs? Also, anything on country of origin requirements.
