Can anyone provide information on the following;
1. Epichlorohydrin monomer in printed circuit board material: PPM?
2. Bromine compounds in PCB?: PPM?
Are these compounds used in PCB material?
How dangerous are they?
What, if any, precautions should be taken?
As an OEM is there any requirement to notify our customers of
the presence of this material in our assemblies?
Thanks,
Dan Hickey
