Hi Robert,
The standoffs are solder plated brass, 1/4 hex .75 and .688 inches long.

Hi I think your problem is the standoffs are retaing the heat longer and
exceeding the dlamination temp/time, are the standoffs brass or steel
plated. I saw this on one other board. No real solution except to go
to
a higher Td material (not Tg) or put in the standoffs later or cool them
right off the wave with air.
