As for Bob says, make sure about Moisture Sentivity Level of this LEDs and
follow the right handling procedures.

Failures like those have bine stronlgly reduced by following a rigid MSD
Handling procedure (as for J-STD-0033)  Mainly if LED have to be reflowed by
Lead Free temperature.

Also other important point is the ESD sensitivity of LEDs. In a few cases it
was necessary to adop Ionizers at packaging and shipping station/desk.
