hi,
i believe you will be told that your question is too general. the expiration date (shelf live?) depends on so many things. some are:
storage environment
plating quality
soldering process
etc.
this is a characteristic that the individual user needs to determine and tightly control. sorry, couldn't give you the help you are looking for.

Subject: [TN] Expiration date for soft gold surface plating
HI, technetters
I am writing again to ask you for getting information about expiration date
for soft Ni/Au finished BGA.
As you know, there are several surface plating methods such as HASL,
preflux. moreover each method has different expiration date.
I wonder the expiration date of soft Ni/Au finished BGA. ( thickness is
5/0.5um).
Pls let me have any kind of information or instruction.
Regards
Jay Ju
