I am fairly new to this forum and when I first joined, there were about 20
emails per day from Earl Moon and his book.  It appears that he is no longer
apart of this forum.  My questions are about his book.  

Has anyone read through it?  What does it contain?  How valuable of a
resource is it?  How much does it cost?
