   YES.


   Mobility keeps our industry progressive.  If you do not get new blood 
   in your organization once and a while you will become stagnate.  While
   this has its negative short term impact the long term success is worth
   the cost.

   If you have excellent performers, KEEP THEM, reward them on merit, 
   give them the oppertunity to make a difference, and thank them.
   You will not have to worry about the job postings, they will be to busy.

   If you have "good" performers,  LET THEM READ.
