I though I'd better toss this out before people got the wrong
impression.

We at Network Circuits, Inc. will perform all required testing and
inspection as stated in customer purchasing documents and our own
procedures...

The discussion on 'optically testing' boards was submitted for
discussion only, to solicit thoughts and ideas from you people using the
product that we and other fabricators provide you...
