Robert,
I may be beating a dead horse but check your plating chemistry and
dry film compatability. Has anything changed as far as your chemistries?
Having done that follow basic sop. Check exposure settings, developer
conc., temp and breakpoints. Nothing new in these reccomendations but you
can usually find the culprit lurking in there somewhere.
        Hope it helps.

Subject: [TN] DRY FILM BLUES

Dear PWB 'Netters:

We're trying to tweak our yields at Dry Film (plating resist). Our pareto
shows cracked, flaking resist as the next item on the hit list. The
condition
is not unique to high current density areas, traces, etc..

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Robert Lazzara
