Hi Steve,

I don't think a program like this exists. Two years ago Raytheon did an
investigation on several programs that are capable of reading 2D files,
and
the results are listed on
https://www1.eseb.raytheon.com/pdmnet-docs/help/eval2d.htm
You can see in the tables that if you have "Imagenation" (that can also
read
several 3D formats) and "Camtastic" you can read nearly everything.
