I believe Coates have a range of colours including white, red, blue, and black 
available in XZ15 which is a two pack epoxy for screen print application. If you 
do not have a contact address then email me direct. An alternative might be to 
use a white 2-pack epoxy notation ink as it is only the top side that you need 
it for.
