Also realize there is a cost for handling the dust as a hazardous material. I don't think it is huge, but it is there.

For new equipment, you might try YJ Link (South Korean Company/Product), ARM series routers: Expect about a 80-100K spend.

I am currently using a CTI (they're OK, comparable to Cencorp) and have used Cencorp (5 different machines, 4 different models, Sales and Customer Service was severely lacking 2 years ago, may have improved since, but at the time it was non-existent). I am trialing a YJ Link and so far is on par with CTI and Cencorp.
Capital Equipment Exchange is also a viable source (I have bought 2 pieces from them). 815-363-0800
