Allegro is capable of providing a 274X output
from Rev 11 on. It does, at least in our case, split
some layers into several layers and the Fab shop
we've used recently has asked us to send them
only the 274D output as they have a difficult time
"remarrying" the artworks. See the DesignCouncil or
Technet Oct/98 Archives for an explaination from
a Cadence AE concerning this. Queries/complaints
from users about this are also buried in the archives
somewhere previous to this.

Regards

TOm Martin
