One of our supervisors attached a vibrating mechanism to the rail on the reflow
oven.  This helped align some skewed and shifted components.   I have never
heard of this before.  It appears to work, but there are some issues with
finding optimal frequencies, etc.

Is anyone using any technology similar to this?
