Fellow Techies:
- Our company (Electronics Training Advantage, providers of IPC Certification
and customized assembly training) recently won the contract to develop the
program materials for the forthcoming IPC Rework & Repair Instructor and
Operator Training and Certification Program.
- Seeing Ed's request for info on BGA's triggered this message for your input.
- The question is: Should removal and replacement of a BGA from a Workmanship
Skills Demonstration printed wiring assembly be Required for a person who is
being trained as an Instructor in the black art of pwa rework and repair.
- To avoid cluttering the TechNet, please send your reply (a Yes or No will
be sufficient unless you care to elaborate on reasons for your answer)
directly to <[log in to unmask]>. Thanks in advance for your assistance in
resolving this issue.
