Scott,

Many of the other large shops that run liquid resists have encountered the
same types of problems.  Often the resist supplier will promote the resist as
a product that can be stripped with caustic, without thought to bath life,
particle size, and copper appearance for AOI.

In response to this, we have developed specific strippers for the various
liquid resists.  We have engineered them to have a non-sticky particle that is
large enough be filtered with a large mesh, yet small enough to transport
efficiently through the filtration unit.  The strippers tend to be very long
lasting because of the high efficiency of the filtration (1200+ MSF), and they
all have an antitarnish package to keep the layers clean for days in AOI.

the information.
