Hello Bob,
Seeing the amount of answers to your question, I doubt whether there is any PCBfab-dedicated SPC software available.
An alternative could be to use a general-purpose SPC program, like QMSPC. This software is developed by the US Air Force, it's free of charge, it includes a full tutorial, and the download is only about 500kB. On the negative side: it's DOS-based, and looks a bit outdated.
I don't have the URL here at my work, but there is a link to QMSPC in the downloads-section of my own webpage at http://www.smtinfo.net
Kind regards,
Daan Terstegge

I'm looking for an SPC program that would be tailored to printed circuit board manufacturing. Is anyone familiar with such a program?
Thanks,
Bob Fulton
