We are quoting on a pretty large SMT job. It is a double sided board. The
job
is turnkey. I already have the cost of the boards quoted and have my supplier
working on the parts.

However, I need help in determining how to quote the assembly of the boards
and
related matters. Also, in the turnkey who takes the risk of the purchase of
the parts. Is turnkey mean we purchase the parts but are reimbursed by
customer upon parts delivery or do we have to wait until finished product,
etc.

I would really appreciate any emails from contract assemblers who would be
kind
enough to give me some wise assistance. The job is not gigantic and it is in
San Diego so if you are outside of San Diego we wont be bumping heads on the
quotation.

Thanks for your help!
