We assemble many SMT boards made of Rogers Duroid. Our problem is with
traces and parts of terminal pads coming off during the hand
soldering/hand cleaning operations. I have read through the TechNet
archives and Rogers home page and have found nothing addressing this.
We are using a RMA flux and hand cleaning with IPA (occasionally MEK).
I've also noticed that some of our boards come from the vendor with what
looks like mouse bites out of the pads, and this is before we have
soldered anything to the board.

Has anyone else had this problem and what have you done about it. All
suggestions appreciated.
