HI there Steve, can't think of any bugs that did that?

Except for the human one that had "pads" turned off...
Is it an extended Gerber or just plain vanilla?

I use Cadstar & GC-Place/Prevue to read its Gerber's daily, sent me the
defunct Gerber & I'll have a go for you if you want.
Alternatively ask the customer if they checked them before sending them
to you or to send you another.
