I agree with "another opinion".  I might also suggest that IPC use the 
digest
method of putting this very useful info out.  Some of the newsgroups I
belong to have the option of consolidating all the messages of the day and
sending them to you in one message.  That significantly reduces the time
spent retrieving and reading individual messages.   John
