Hello Jim

I know that GE Silicones were working on new silicone digesters. You could
try them or HumiSeal directly.

Other contacts apart from Dow, would be Wacker or ShinEtsu. I know there is
a material on the market here called "SILSTRIP" but whether that is also in
the US, I don't know.

As you might imagine, any material that will DIGEST silicone, isn't going to
be all that pleasant to handle - but...

On the offers of using cleaning, please be careful because often you only
succeed in spreading the silicone further albeit thinner over this and other
surfaces.

Methylene Chloride might also work.
