Good Morning TechNet Participants,

We apologize for any inconvenience that the Victor_Johansen mail storm 
may have caused you. It is due to a configuration problem on the new mail 
server at Mr. Johansen's site. IPC's TechNet administrator Dmitriy Sklyar 
has been working with the admin at their site to try to resolve the problem.

Please be patient. All parties are making their best efforts. This could 
happen to any of us when going through complicated system transitions.

In the meantime, if you want to comment on the situation, please send it 
to myself or [log in to unmask] and not to the TechNet list.
