Linda,
This type of information used to be in MIL-C-28809 (formerly MIL-P-28809)
Appendix.
I'm pretty sure that this spec has been listed as obsolete.
Many companies still use the information as their in-house guideline.

Is there a MIL standard for how many board, pad, trace repairs can be done
and still be acceptable?
Thanks
Linda
