I would say that based on your experience a workshop of this type would be
valuable to any engineer doing this sort of testing. If only to make sure that
we all avoided all the traps that we have all fallen into over the years with
some specifications.

Good Idea as despite differing opinions that Martin B and I have he does put a
mean conference together.
