We use SPC to track chemical baths pH, temp. and replenishment.  Also our
cleanroom Temp. and RH, our exposure unit power and integrator accuracy.
Peel strength in lamination.

Can anyone provide me with an idea of how you're presently using SPC in
your electronic manufacturing process?  What are you measuring and where?
Do you feel its implementation was more trouble than it was worth?
