Does anyone know of a company that provides stand alone small
hole drilling services?

We need to have .008" diameter holes drilled on .125" thick 8-layer
MLBs, with .016" diameter plane clearances and .004" wide spacing
between traces and drilled holes. The pattern is that of a microBGA
device with a .5 mm pitch and 176 holes. Internally, each hole will
either connect directly to a plane or to a trace pad.

Material is either FR-4 or polyimide. All copper weights are .5 oz
copper.

Many thanks,

Luis Rivera
