Can someone shade some light on issues regarding wave soldering a 45
oriented QFP? In particular, I am interested in:

     - Process Yield
     - Part Reliability (Thermal Shock)
     - Part Height Profile
     - Pad Design

I have seen a wave soldering equipment manufacture done it in a tradeshow
and wonder how many people are actually doing it out there?

Thanks
M Yuen
