Hi Tom,
We've been using Kleenox 'P' here for a couple of years now with great
success. I've tried other companies' products, but Kleenox is generally the
most effective - and with the least offensive fumes! Residue is not a
problem if you use the powder correctly - ie. use it sparingly, and give it
time to work. For a 800 Kg pot, a couple of tablespoons should be adequate
for each application.
We've also had good results running our pot at 240degreesC rather than 250.
