Who has experience with UNactivated Rosin "R" base flux in solder paste ?
We now use "RMA" fluxed paste, so more details on the PRACTICAL differences
(reflow, cleaning) with "R" would be great. Info : our core is military
electronic assemblies & avionica.
Thanks!
