Technos,
I kinda need an input concerning SPC applied to wave soldering.
QA says that flux density is the critical parameter we should base our SPC
on. Me, I think flux density is just a parameter on which we should base
somehow our proactivity.
My question is: what is the output of the wave soldering machine we should
measure to know if the process does what it is suposed to do?
Thanks, Ioan
