Was wondering how many board shops and assembly shops have IPC certified
training programs (for fabrication, assembly, including soldering), and what
your thoughts are on the effectiveness of the program. Actually, any
companies out there...what are your thoughts.

And from a end user perspective, do you see significant improvement from
companies with such programs.
