Has anyone attempted to use a Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) to 
     measure the "effective dielectric" constant of internal Stripline and 
     Dualstripline signals?
     
     
     
     Are the calculated dielectric constants close to what the laminate 
     supplier states or are they higher for FR4.
