Hi Dave!

Justifications for a larger oven are pretty straight forward...you can say
that; "My reflow oven can kick your reflow ovens butt any day!!"...hehehe
(trying to be funny here...I know, don't quit your day job Steve... ;^D)

All kidding aside, just as everybody has said, a larger oven with more zones
offer you more flexibilty to control your reflow processes, and be able to
tailor the profile to whatever the product requires. If the designs of your
boards are going to stay the same, and not change whatsoever (Boy, I would
like a job at your company if that is true!) Then, you don't need a better
oven...

It's really prudent to have capital equipment that not only satifies your
current needs, but has the capability to handle things that may come up in
the future...it's good insurance...things change very rapidly in this
business that we're all in, it goes without saying...

Larger ovens, more zones, give you a great deal of flexibilty... it's like
this, you can probably print paste, and place components on boards that you
might not be able to reflow with a substandard oven...why take the chance?
