Would it be considered risky to permit shop floor employees to work without
ESD smocks if the humidity level is around 50%?
 
Problem is that the temperature is very high (35 dec celcius) and working
with
the smock is a real torture.
 
I hesitate before giving the my opinion on this.  I know that the higher the
humidity 
the lower the risk of having ESD problems.  But is 50% enough???
