Can anyone tell me the smallest available sizes of both .1 micro-F and
.01 micro-F capacitors? We're trying to design a MCM and the circuit
requires a number of these components.
Also, does anyone know of a company who will build our MCM in a ceramic
BGA package for a prototype run of about 3000-4000 pieces? The
substrate size and I/O requirements are still undefined.
